In the unlikely event we make a mistake or your item is received defective or damaged, we are happy to replace this for you. Returns only offered on such products. Please email us within 24 hours of receipt of the items, after which photo(s) of the damaged item will be requested for evidence. Due to hygiene reasons items must NOT have been worn. They will be inspected for any odours and pin/pull marks or wear before an exchange order is created. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges. We endeavour to reply back as soon as possible, (within 2 working days)
Please note, we cannot issue or reimburse any postage fees. We advise you to return items back to us via a trusted/recorded method, as this will be sent at your own risk.
We do NOT offer a returns policy on unwanted items. We offer exchanges only on unwanted items. We strictly offer no returns on SALE items. Therefore please make sure you select the correct size/colour when making your order.
Any orders returned to us due to being undelivered will be refunded via same payment method, minus postage fee and will be subject to a £1 restock fee.
