Shipping


All available item(s) take between 2 and 10 business days to process and ship depending on how busy we are. If you require your order as a priority (ie for an event) please don't hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to cater for you. All orders are shipped through Royal Mail. Please ensure you provide us with an accurate and suitable postal address. This is your full responsibility. You will receive an email update upon acceptance of your order. Pre-orders can take up to 15 working days. We CANNOT accept any responsibility for any lost or delayed parcels unless you select Royal Mail Recorded delivery - This service requires a signature upon receipt.

Any orders returned to us due to being undelivered or incorrect postal addresses, will be refunded via same payment method, minus postage fee and will be subject to a 10% restock fee.

 *Please note there is a 30 day waiting period set by the courier and shipping company before lost/delayed parcels can be discussed.

We thank you for being patient with us and we have now enabled delivery options for multiple destinations around the world. 

Please fill in the address form at the checkout for pricing - If your country is not listed and you cannot select it when filling out your details, please get in touch with us via the contact us tab.  Alternatively, you may email us at admin@aishasmodety.com or contact directly through any of our social media channels. We endeavour to reply back as soon as possible.

We only charge for shipping costs to keep the delivery costs to a minimum for our international customers. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and CANNOT be tracked to keep postage costs to an absolute minimum whilst providing fast delivery.
We CANNOT accept any responsibility for any lost or delayed parcels unless you specifically state via email that you wish your order to be sent by a tracked and recorded method. We do not offer this as standard due to the high shipping cost. Therefore items are purchased at your own risk OR email us BEFORE placing your order.

 *Please note there is a 30 day waiting period set by the courier and shipping company before lost/delayed parcels can be discussed. Sometimes delays have been experienced due to customs checks and although our customers have never experienced custom duty fees, we cannot be held liable for any custom fees that might be applicable.
